Thank you for getting back to me. I picked up my handbag at the post office yesterday. I was a little anxious about this order for a couple of reasons. First of all, because I was ordering from a company I was unfamiliar with and that is located in another country. And second, because my order was paid through Western Union - a payment process that I was also unfamiliar with. Additionally, the tracking information that was e-mailed to me did not ever update after the day the shipment began. All of this led to a lot of concern on my end.

However, I now have my new handbag and I absolutely LOVE it! It has met or exceeded all of my expectations. The bag is beautiful, the quality is excellent and the packaging was great! I was impressed that I received a storage bag for the handbag and for the lock/keys that came with the handbag. I also appreciated that all of the metal pieces of the bag were covered with a protective film for shipping. I will definitely buy from 86handbags again. I have already picked out my next bag. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!
