Shipping time
The bags in stock will be shipped within 1-2 days, the others will be shipped within 3-4 days. 
Shipping Notes
We can ship the parcel to any address in the world. Shipping method will vary depending on country, size of box and weight. Shipping time relate with the shipping method. Once the order was shipped, a tracking number will be email to you.                                                                                                         

 

 Note: we can't ship to P.O.Boxes. 
Shipping way and Cost
Shipping rates are usually determined by the size of box and weight.. It is also related to the delivery area. For small amount of goods, the starting rates are very expensive. When it reaches to certain amount, the average rates can be reduced.
Normally, our shipping way is Air-express by EMS, we can also shipping the package by DHL or TNT, but this two ways cost more than EMS, about 35USD per item( it decides the weight of the products), but it is more safely to pass your customs. We can ship to Netherlands,Germany,Latvija and Portugal by TNT or DHL(can not  by EMS). If you are from spain and Italy,we strongly recommend you choose TNT or DHL,It will take about 3 days for shipping,go through your customs easily and don't need pay any taxes,No any trouble!you can choose EMS,but we cann't guarantee the parcels go through your customs successfully!!. 
Usually, the shipping time is 5-7 days, but it will take about 7-10 days to Spain(if by EMS).

I saw that some companies are offering free shipping..why is it that you dont offer this?
You mentioned before that it is possible to put more bags in a parcel so you dont have to pay that much...how do I order then? online or email?

How many bags fit in one parcel?
I would order 3 or 4 bags and am interessted in ordering more once they arrived but if shipping is that expensive I might not...for the shipping you can easily get another bag or at least wallet!
Do you have a lot of customers in Austria? and would you recommend EMS or DHL? EMS is so much cheaper.

As for one or two bags to Austria, we usually ship via EMS. If shipping 3 or 4 bags at one parcel, we think it's better to ship via DHL.
